Structural Aluminum Repairs

A number of car manufacturers are now building cars with aluminium body panels to reduce weight and improve safety, performance and fuel economy. These include Audi, Aston Martin, BMW, Jaguar Porsche and Range Rover. However, carrying out repairs on aluminium-bodied vehicles requires specialist repair methods and equipment.

Not only have we invested heavily in the very latest technology to carry out repairs on these unique vehicle builds, we are continually training our team members on welding techniques and ensure all the correct health and safety procedures are adhered to. 

Any contact or cross contamination of aluminium and steel will cause corrosion so we have a completely separate work area for carrying out repairs to aluminium-bodied vehicles and within it, a dedicated dust extraction unit. We also maintain a completely separate set of tools that are used exclusively for aluminium repairs.

Our ability to carry out these repairs put is in an exclusive band of only a handful of repairers around the country with aluminium structural repair capability.
